First I would like to thank Mr. Kieth Redrow for giving me the opportunity to buy Banjo. Mr. Redrow tells me that Banjo is close and conservative on the line, and in the check area. He is slow to medium speed, and seldom has a check. His conformation is excellent and he has a good temperment. Banjo is Trashproof, and has never exibited a desire to run anything but a rabbit.
After deciding to buy Banjo, I contacted Mr. Mitch Ortego( pronounced ort-ih-go)in Louisana. Mitch bought Banjo and his littermate Bando at 6 weeks old from Mr. Willis Adams of Slaughter, La. direct from his kennel. Mr. Adams owned both FC Glynn's Gay Demon and FC Ben's Creek T-Babe, when Banjo was welped. Banjo is from the last litter that Demon sired before he died. I asked Mitch of his feelings of Bando and Banjo. He told me that they were two of the best hounds he had ever owned. He could run them without the fear of an off game race, because they had never done it. He reinforced the fact that Banjo was a close hound, never vearing off the line more than a couple of inches.
Ortego's Lil Teche Banjo will be available at stud for a limited time at my kennel. Brucellosis test required at my Vet. Because of my Air Force commitment, I will only accept brought hounds. I will only breed him to one Gyp. a week.
Stud fee will be as advertised in the Rabbit Hunter Magazine. Please e-mail me if you have any questions.
